Manukau have been working on completing "Getting to know you" forms, so we can get to know each other better. It has been really interesting reading them and learning new things about each other.
Manukau - it has been lovely reading all of your information about yourselves, you've worked hard to include interesting details and displayed your work in a visually appealing way. I have really enjoyed working with you for the last few weeks, you have worked hard with writing poetry, creating musical scores, and developing some 'Inspirational' maths thinking. Keep working hard - we are going to have a wonderful 2019!
Our Mokoroa Taniwha has arrived! The wonderful Ms Daly has done an awesome job designing it for us. The Mokoroa Taniwha lived deep in the Waitakere creeks. He was known for having a fierce jaw, a powerful tail and a massive appetite! Kaiwhare's taniwha will be hung up soon too - so watch this space!
We have new face in Mokoroa. Mr Anderson is a diploma student from Massey University. He will be with us until Week 8. Hope you enjoy your time with us and we look forward to doing some fun learning with you!
